At-Will Employment
The relationship between you and The Greenville Chorale is referred to as “At-Will Employment.” If you are employed by The Greenville Chorale, this means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or the Greenville Chorale. No representative of the Greenville Chorale has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing “At-Will Employment” relationship. You understand that your employment would be “At-Will,” and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or representation regarding your employment can alter your At-Will employment status,except for a written statement signed by you and either the Executive Director or Chair of the Board of Directors.

This position is intended as a three-year commitment, subject to annual performance assessments and contingent upon mutual agreement for continuation. Please note that this does not alter the at-will nature of employment, allowing either party to terminate the employment relationship at any time.
